enBrainz

Make what your business knows easier to use.

Your team should be able to build on knowledge already earned through its work. enBrainz is SyneITY’s enterprise knowledge and intelligence layer, intended to connect useful information with the context people need to understand it.

Start with one recurring question. Prepare a short brief to share by email.

A familiar question

What did we agree, and why?

Imagine a colleague preparing to respond to a customer. The agreement is in a document, the reason for an exception is in an earlier conversation, and someone else knows what has changed since. Finding one piece does not explain the whole situation.

Whether you founded the business, lead a team or handle that response, rebuilding this context can take attention away from the decision itself. This is the kind of knowledge gap enBrainz is intended to address: helping people make use of relevant information across the life of the work.

The knowledge layer

Let useful knowledge outlive its first conversation.

Organisational memory means keeping useful learning understandable beyond the moment it was created. A recorded decision is more helpful when people can understand what prompted it, which circumstances it applied to and whether those circumstances still hold.

enBrainz’s intended role includes capturing organisational knowledge, retrieving relevant information and connecting context across systems. The aim is to help your team build on earlier work, without assuming every conversation has been recorded or every question already has an answer.

Information you can assess

Finding something is different from knowing you can rely on it.

Before choosing an approach, identify which sources matter, who maintains them and who should be allowed to use them. A current policy and an old working draft may say different things. Private customer information may be relevant to one role and inappropriate for another.

Source origin, freshness, access and missing context are requirements to assess for your situation. People still need to judge whether the information supports the decision they are making.

Connected roles

Bring understanding closer to the work it supports.

Within SyneITY’s product direction, enAppz centres on what is happening in business operations. enBrainz centres on what the business knows and how that knowledge can provide useful context. enSquadz centres on AI-assisted work that may draw on that context within agreed boundaries.

For example, someone reviewing a recurring exception may need both the current request and the reasoning behind an earlier decision. These complementary roles describe the intended relationship between the products; the capabilities, connections and permissions needed for a particular use must be established before relying on them.

Find a useful starting point

Choose one question your team keeps having to investigate.

What do people ask repeatedly? Where do they search today? Which missing detail prevents them from moving forward? Start with a question from work you know well, then identify the information and people needed to understand it.

Use Find → Solve → Multiply to assess the gap, explore a suitable approach and evaluate whether it helps. Useful checks include time spent searching, whether people understand where information came from and whether it supports the real task. A faster answer alone does not establish a better decision.

Product fit and available capabilities need to be confirmed for that use. You do not need a complete knowledge strategy to begin; a clear question and a description of what makes it difficult are a useful first step.

Your next step

Which question sends your team searching again?

Describe what you need to understand, where the relevant knowledge might be and what would become easier if you could use it. Start with the part of the business you know best.

Prepare and review a short brief, then share it with SyneITY by email.
