enSquadz

Give your team assistance with work that keeps repeating.

Checking for updates, gathering information and preparing the next step can take attention away from decisions that need you. enSquadz is SyneITY’s direction for specialised AI assistance, built around defined responsibilities and human decisions.

Start with one recurring task. Prepare a short brief to share by email.

Useful assistance

Start with the work you want help with.

You may spend part of each day checking what changed, collecting information for a colleague or preparing an update. These are places to explore assistance, especially when the task has a clear purpose and an output someone can review.

enSquadz’s intended role is to bring specialised AI assistants alongside the business. Different responsibilities would call for different context and permissions. The starting question is what useful support would look like for your team, whether you founded the company, lead a department or carry out the task yourself.

The Navigator concept

Understand what needs your attention.

A central concept in enSquadz is a Navigator associated with a person and their relevant business context. Its intended purpose is to help you work through three questions: what happened, what needs my attention and what should happen next?

Useful direction depends on the information behind it. An update without its source, the relevant commitment or the person responsible may create more questions than it answers. enBrainz is SyneITY’s related direction for organisational knowledge and context; these complementary roles bring attention to both the task and the knowledge it needs.

Your decisions

Decide what assistance may do—and when you take over.

Observing an update, recommending a response, preparing work and carrying out a permitted action involve different responsibilities. Choose the level of assistance that suits the task. Preparing a recommendation may be the right limit for a particular task.

For any proposed use, agree which information can be used, what action is allowed and what requires approval. Name the person who reviews the result and the point at which uncertainty, missing information or an exception returns the work to them.

A potential use case

Prepare an update. Leave the commitment with a person.

Imagine a team member preparing a recurring delivery update. A task worth assessing might gather agreed status information and draft a summary of changes and unanswered questions. The input sources, reporting period and intended reader would be defined in advance.

The proposed boundary could allow a draft for review while leaving messages, delivery promises and changes to business records with the responsible person. Conflicting updates or missing information would need to be surfaced for that person to resolve. The value would be a useful starting point for their judgement, assessed against the effort needed to check and correct it.

Find → Solve → Multiply

Test the usefulness before extending the responsibility.

Find one recurring task you know well. Describe what starts it, the information it needs, the output you expect and who is accountable. You can bring that understanding even if you do not own the technology or the wider process.

Solve the defined problem with an appropriate approach, then assess the result: is the output useful, are exceptions understandable and does checking the work take less effort than doing it today? Include mistakes, review time and the cost of introducing the approach. Multiply only where the evidence supports it; keeping assistance limited can be a useful outcome.

Available capabilities, access to information and suitability for the task need to be established before an implementation is agreed. Start with the improvement you want, and let that determine the role technology should play.
